2014 Shanghai National Science Week was opened at Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing on May. 17th, 2014. Vice chairman of standing committee of Shanghai, Zhong Yanqun and Shanghai’s vice mayor, Zhou Bo participated in opening ceremony.
This year’s science week has organized various popularization activities, up to 842. In the main exhibition hall, visitors can see marvelous exhibits, such as PM2.5 collector, 3D printer, 20 years’ long-life battery, the lightest racket, the paper that can wrap up fire, the mammoth model, dinosaur fossil and so on.
There are two forms of tickets, paper one and chip card. Visitors can get free tickets on-site with their valid certificates. Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing will also provide 850 parking lots free of charge.
