The 23rd International Society for the Study of Behavioral Development biennial conference was inaugurated at Shanghai Convention & Exhibition Center of International Sourcing on Jul. 8th, 2014.
President of conference, Sang Biao, held the opening ceremony, and the president of East China Normal University, Chen Qun, as well as the president of ISSBD, Wolfgang Schneider, addressed to it.
